If there are things listed above that you don't have, there may be some in the club that you can borrow, as well as some things we may have available to sell. It is preferable to bring your own things, but if you don't have them, don't let that stop you from bringing yourself!
You will likely be doing a lot of moving around, so wear something that is comfortable and flexible. Shorts, tracksuit bottoms and leggings are acceptable, whereas jeans and smart pants are not. Regarding footwear, trainers with good grip are probably the most suitable option; you will need something that allows you to stay on your toes. Boxing boots are also an acceptable choice, though be aware that the class may involve some outside running.
